 Yes! In case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation requests if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. In the case of embroidery products, we are so sorry, we would not be able to cancel the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. Embroidery products are specially customized for you and cannot be resold. Please email us at support@hangerage.com or Whatsapp us with your Order ID on +91 6307465388.

We offer a hassle-free 7-days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the return items are picked up. Please note that embroidery orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the items within 2 working days. The returned item will undergo quality checks, and refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the items are picked up.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method after a deduction of FLAT Rs. 100 as a reverse shipment fee. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive store credits in the form of a Hangerage gift card sent to your registered email address.

Refunds are typically initiated within 5 days after the returned item passes quality checks. The entire process usually takes 7-10 working days.
