Exchange and Return Policy

1. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange for products that are defective or incorrectly shipped. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Policy

You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unworn, and unused. Items like custom-made uniforms are non-returnable unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@hangerage.com with your order details. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

4. Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, discounted items, and worn garments are non-returnable.
