Exchange is applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (Size other than customer ordered). hangerage.com will be able to exchange products purchased through www.hangerage.com only subject to the following conditions :
1- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days unless customized, return products have to be unused, unwashed with tag attached,
2- We do not accept returns on customized products or Embroidered items which merchandise customized as per their request & brand their Logo/ Name on it.
3- Item purchased on sale or scheme with discount coupons will not be refunded
The exchange will be after receiving of Parcel from merchandise & usually within 2 days requested piece will be dispatched
In case of Refund, it will be processed within 2 weeks / 14days after proper validation & cancellation request should initiate within 24 hrs of placing the order
